  12. I have a problem with my Best 28K8 modem when using procomm 1.0
  13. (with Windows 3.11).

  15. When I use 19200 bps everything goes fine. If I try to connect at a higher
  16. speed the connection between my computer (a 486) and the modem locks.
  17. This sometimes even happens before a telephone number is dialed. In case of
  18. a lock, I can't type a single character anymore. I have to restart procomm
  19. and I have to reset the modem.

  21. WHAT IS WRONG??? Is this also an UART problem?
